On Saturday, September 14th, Come and join Chef Auriane Ugalde for a taste of Spain!  Starting at 7pm, Dinner will include:

Tapas
Authentic Pintxos of Jamon Serrano, Manchego Cheese, Shrimp and Peppers and Tortilla de Patata

Main Course
Paella Valenciana with chicken, chorizo, clams, mussels, shrimp, roasted red pepper in saffron rice with
olives and lemon, served with a garden salad and fresh bread

Dessert

Spanish Flan, or Basque Cheesecake
